After receiving your order you have 14 days to return items and you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days. Please note that items can only be returned to us unworn, unwashed and in the original packaging with all original labels.

Shipping cost for items purchased during the sale are at your own expense.

As soon as we have processed your return, we will refund the purchase amount as soon as possible.

Please note the following:
- Send the items in the original packaging
- Send the packing list in the package
- Save the Track & Trace code and the proof of shipment

As soon as we have processed the package return, we will send you a confirmation of receipt by e-mail and refund the purchase amount to your preference.

Our return policy gives you the right to return items within 14 days of receipt. You can open the package and check the contents, we advise you to do this immediately after receipt of your order.

If you want to return items, however, it is the intention that items are returned unused, unwashed, in their original condition and in the original packaging (with all labels attached).

All returns and exchanges must be shipped in the original polybag and must bear the original labels.

If it is found that returned items have not been returned in their original condition, the return will be refused and any costs will not be reimbursed. For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of facemasks whose packaging has been broken.

Return the items with the original packing list, and keep your proof of shipment until the refund has been made.

Refund of the purchase amount will be made within 5 working days after processing the return. During sale periods the refund period is 10 working days.

We recommend that you look up the size chart on the product page, under the heading "Size & Fit". Here you can determine the right size based on the measuring instructions and find the right size.

On our website we work with a 'first come, first serve' system. This means that it can happen that a product becomes sold out after you have added it to your basket. To avoid disappointment, we therefore advise you to complete your order as soon as possible.

At Chiba we are proud of the unique clothing we design. That is why we almost never reproduce our styles, which means that they are only released once on our website. Unfortunately, sold out products will not be restocked during the sale.

All items are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from Chiba to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance.If your box is damaged upon arrival, we recommend that you either refuse the delivery, or make a note when signing for it that you are accepting a damaged box.
